The New York State Medicaid Innovator Program allows its participants to contract with NYS Medicaid Managed Care Plans to take on fully delegated risk value-based arrangements. The arrangement places the full health management and claims administration responsibilities on the participating organization for its attributed population.

This request for proposal seeks management services organizations that have the necessary services to support a large Federally-qualified health center aiming to participate in the Medicaid Innovator Program. Applicants responding to this RFP are to state the services they provide and describe the services. Applicant responses will be graded based on experience providing services, previous work with organizations similar to the requesting health center, and the cost of providing services.
